Jorge Romero Day 

Jorge Romero Day is an executive leadership consultant and founder of JRD Solutions, specializing in team formation, startup management, and crisis resolution. With over two decades of global experience, Jorge has lived in seven countries and worked in twenty more, leading businesses in the food and biotechnology sectors. His executive roles at companies such as DuPont, Prosegur, Mauri AB, and DSM Food Specialties have shaped his ability to manage complex projects and international teams.

With a Master's in Agricultural Economics and Industrial Administration, Jorge is committed to fostering the next generation of leaders. He is a Continuing Lecturer at Purdue University’s Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, an Executive in Residence at the Daniels School of Business, and an Associate Director for Business Career Services.

Jorge’s talks and consultations are not just advisory—they are transformative. He equips clients with practical strategies for resilience, strategic thinking, and adaptive leadership. Whether in corporate boardrooms or university classrooms, his mission remains the same: to empower individuals and businesses to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.

In his free time, Jorge dedicates himself to marathons, charitable work, and spending time with his three children. He currently divides his time between Purdue University and his consulting work worldwide.
